Our vertical liquid level indicators are engineered for versatility, allowing quick transformation from normally open to normally closed modes by simply adjusting the retainer and flipping the float. In the normally open state, the switch remains OFF until the float rises with the liquid and completes the circuit by contacting the elastic ring, thereby switching to ON. This activates the automatic tank emptying process, which continues until the switch flips OFF, communicating the need to refill the tank.
