Many of our vertical liquid level indicators are designed for versatility, allowing a simple modification from normally open to normally closed configuration by easily removing the retainer and flipping the float. In the normally open mode, the switch remains OFF until the float is buoyed by the liquid, engaging with the elastic ring and turning the switch ON. This action enables the tank to automatically commence emptying until the switch returns to the OFF position, subsequently signaling the system to refill the tank.
